We are currently nearing the completion of Design Development

• Ketza Construction has joined the team as a Construction Manager after an extensive RFQ and RFP process.

• Ketza is currently reviewing the Design Development report and drawings to provide suggestions to make the building more cost effective, efficient and in alignment with the guiding principles of the project

• A detailed costing is underway to have an updated budget for the project. This should be complete by end of August 2025. Costing is being done by both Ketza Construction (Construction Manager) and Hanscombe (independant cost estimator) to ensure we get it right.

• A life cycle cost estimate, which provides estimated O&M costs, is also being completed at this time so that we can start planning for the future. See FAQ for questions around funding.
